In my experience Rutgers University is a fantastic institution and the Rutgers Office of Veteran and Military Programs and Services is second to none. They go above and beyond just helping you use your military benefits, they sincerely care about the students they assist and work tirelessly to make sure everyone is taken care of. Whether it is registering for classes, getting on a payment plan, selecting housing, and the list goes on. They even partner with on campus organizations like RU Vets and the Rutgers Student Veteran STEM Society to ensure students have a steady transition from military to civilian life. I would not change anything about this office, it is perfect how it is.
